Thirsty?

Bajan recipes are derived from products readily available on the island. With the increasing number of food imports and expatriates in Barbados, there have been innovations and adaptations in Bajan Cooking. In keeping with tradition, first and second-generation Barbadian Canadians have adapted recipes with what is available and influenced by our multicultural community.

With this in mind, Rum Shop T.O. has also adapted some traditional recipes with what ingredients are available in Ontario, Canada and the Americas as whole.
