Hi, I'm Ruby,
a 2nd-gen Bajan Canadian with a passion for events and community.
When it comes to creativity, I love pushing boundaries and bringing fresh ideas to the table. Mixing a creative touch with solid organisation, I work to turn visions into reality — with a little bit of magic along the way.

OUR STORY
Born from the rum shops of Barbados.
Rum Shop T.O. draws inspiration from the rum shops scattered across the beautiful island of Barbados. Contrary to the name, these establishments are more than just places to enjoy the golden spirit made from sugar cane — they serve as community hubs where people gather to eat, drink, and feel like part of a family.
As a second-generation Barbadian Canadian, Ruby's visits to rum shops in Barbados evoked a sense of home. With Rum Shop T.O., the mission is to recreate that feeling for Torontonians, Bajans, and everyone in between.
