The year is 1929, and Toronto's buzzing with Carnival fever, where the city's finest converge for a night of allure and mystery.
The swanky elite and the who's who of the underworld gather tonight at the Countess's annual masquerade ball. It’s an evening to mingle and mix under the guise of anonymity, to brush shoulders, conceal truths, and forget their troubles for a night. A chance for rich and poor, old, and young to come together; everyone to be equal for a night. But with everyone hiding behind masks, you never really know who you're dealing with. One must be ever so careful about whom they share their secrets with.
